It may be easier to see this issue up close if you can bring it in.     

I can't see it being an overwhelmingly difficult issue as it's just
based on Ubuntu which 99/100 works out of the box.  If we figure it out
then I could help to explain what they're doing wrong in a bug report to
them.  That is assuming the same version of Ubuntu (that your version of
Zorin is based on) doesn't suffer from the same issue.
