Hello everyone!

I'm relaying a message from FSFE Potteries as they'll be celebrating I Love Free Software Day on Tuesday 13th February (which is better as it avoids Valentines Day this year!).

Since the CoCoLab venue is currently relocating (they used that venue as well as us), they've decided to host this event at the marvellous KPA Clubhouse which is the same place that we normally hold social meetings.   

They'll have free hot food and snacks (inc. vegan and gluten friendly), soft drinks, and a few laptops running Trisquel GNU/Linux if you fancy giving some Free Software a try!  These will also be loaded with some Free Software games too!   

Everyone is welcome, so bring along your friends, significant other, or family of all ages!  Even if they've never heard of Free Software before, it'll be a good way to introduce them to the topic.   

If you reply to this e-mail to say you'll be coming then I'll relay it back to them, alternatively subscribe to their mailing list here and message them on that, or e-mail them at potteries@fsfe.org.

Directions:   

🛈 It's on the Keele University campus just off the M6 in Staffordshire, just west of Stoke-on-Trent.  The building is shown on the Keele campus map as building number 9.   

🚗 Use the university's visitor parking which is free in the evenings and weekends as seen on this map.   

🚪 Enter the clubhouse as normal, come up the stairs opposite the bar area and you'll find us all up there, as we've hired the room!
