Anyway! Only 1 person managed to receive the minimum number of 3

He's also been asked if he actually wants the position, and it's a yes.
So since it's only one person, it's likely a sure thing. But it'll get
announced officially by the 26th August along with any title they want
to give themselves and other people they wish to rope in to help them.
