 Hi, I don't know if it is free any more, I think there is still an Open
 Source version, but what about PHP-Nuke. There are many nice themes
 available for that.
 If not Nuke, there is Joomla, which is very nice, and very customisable,
 you could have a calendar, forums etc... I would have a look at Nuke first,
 but I would also seriously consider, and probably recommend Joomla, simply
 because thee are so many useful add-ons for it. 
After checking and comparing PHP nuke and Joomla, Considering Nuke isn't
free any more... Joomla anyone?
