I thought that there was a North Staffs LUG and Staffs LUG was South Staffs. I did not relaise they had merged. To me it seems to make sense to have south and north staffs groups because the population centres are quite far apart. Ease of attending meetings etc. Not that I'm advocating splitting up! If we have a membership that is willing to travell to meetings then it can work. I don't know the geographic make up of the membership for a start. Is it mostly Stokies? Does anyone know. If we don't already do so then perhaps we need to be capturing these data and using them to shape the organisation. Chris.
