If you 'share' the calendar you can always post a link in the
'Meet'
announcement email.
Having said that I would have thought a better idea would be to have the
Lugs own 'Events' Calendar on its website. Also ensure the new website
has an RSS feed which anyone can add to their mail client be that at
work or where ever that way if you post "The next meeting is...." it
will drop in their feed even if they are too lazy to check their
personal mail account.
