There's a 19in monitor (Dell M990) in Holmes Chapel, being offered
through the Newcastle and Stoke-on-Trent Freecycle group this
morning - I suggest that if you're not a member, then you go and sign
up ;)

Freecycle is always a good place to get old CRT screens...and older
PC's. I'm seeing an awful lot of older so called 'Win 98' PC's just
lately. These will of course run the smaller lightweight distros with
ease :-) They are also good if you can get two or three and make one
decent PC out of them all. Strip out the drives and RAM and upgrade
one model. Which is exactly what I shal be doing this afternoon..
