I agree with Jen. PlusNet have got a lot better recently. In fact I had an email from their affiliate manager last week, which basically admitted that they were a bit crap a few months ago, but they've invested in making things better and now they think they are much better! The only thing I would say though is that peer to peer stuff is really slow in the day - they throttle the bandwidth for that.
