is Douglas Michael Phillips, he weighed 7lb 2oz, and was 19.75 inches

Congratulations to you but especially of course to Jen. It's a
fantastic experience becoming a parent :-) Three times we did it and
it was wonderful every time. I was there for the birth of all three,
strangely so was Kim ;-) I cried, I laughed it was all just WOW!!!!
