Fot future reference, i think this is the solution, i shall report back with my results.

Anyway, what i was saying, is that when i have Beryl and COmpiz running i get 8 desktops, even though the system is set to one desktop..I shall move it up to 4 before i run beryl-manager next time i reboot. Its probably just an early bug.

Search PCLinux forum Kris, there's an answer to that there. It's
something to do with the fact that "1" desktop is the default four.
I'll try to find it later.
