Re: [Staffslug] Workforce Management FOSS

I was wondering if anyone could perhaps point me in the direction of any open-source/free software that one may be able to use for workforce management? Alternatives to something like Aspect eWFM, if you've heard of it. So far anything I've found online for the obvious search terms has been related more to CRM, rather than internal employee management.. What it needs to do, basically, is import statistical data from call centre telephony systems and forecast future resource planning around staff hours/absences, etc. Given the amount of money the proprietary products cost (hordes) if this doesn't exist I'd be tempted to suggest that there's certainly a gap in the FOSS market. :) Any help, greatly appreciated!
