but I'm not from the north, I live in Lichfield nowadays - and I doubt
there are enough to forge an "east staffs" section... I will
eventually attend another meet, someday.
I think if you're planning that then you're on the right lines with
location, the A500 is convenient and you've picked well located pubs.

Running with Andrew's words... I wonder how many of us are located in
South Staffs? Dick Turpin is the Walsall area so is even further
South than I am. I've wondered for a couple of years now if we could
attract more people to Linux if we had something going on say in the
Cannock area. From speaking to people I know that there are a lot of
Linux fans around here but they just never seem to show up on any of
the LUG radars. I find that quite strange.
