Re: [Staffslug] Meeting Thank You
Thanks to all those who turned up to the meeting tonight, I will hold
another meeting in the new year when all us student folk have returned
to Keele and have completed our exams.
Provisionally I can tell you all that this should be Monday the 21st of January.
Please let me know how you feel about the movie format, there's other
films I can show and I assume all enjoyed the free fresh coffee, we
did empty the two canisters provided.
I do wonder if Stuart accidentally wandered into the wrong venue,
though I will leave it up to the probabilists to decide on the chance
of having such a place show the exact same film.

idle to read followed by a pleasant chat.
The turnout was huge, maybe 11-12 people so made a change from meeting
in a broom cupboard. There were no Archturpins or Krisps in evidence
which was a shame as I always enjoy mocking the afflicted.
Peter did a great job organising the meet, the dancing girls performed
superbly and were far more interesting than the usual geek-nerd stuff.
I must mention that there was rather too much rum in the punch, it
went down well though. (in fact several people had to spend the night
at Keele due to the drink-driving regs) Thanks Peter.
