I'm inclined to agree. I've seen forums used for similar things in the
past, and while they're not ideally suited to it, I think it's better
suited to the job than a wiki.

I know PHP, but I currently have no spare time to devote to something
like this, and I don't know if I'm going to have in the foreseeable
future.
