[Staffslug] ThinkPad repair in S-o-T

Someone on the freecycle list has a broken ThinkPad T20 - it could be the power supply logic board, or a mainboard fault. Does anyone live near enough to be able to help the person in question - they're unable to travel themselves. Better yet, does anyone have a T20 (or T21) to test it by swapping parts? A long shot, but I thought I'd ask here - I don't seem to be getting to S-oT or N-u-L more than twice a year atm :-/ Cheers, - Richard
