Hm, I could view it in Firefox and  IE, personally I'd hide the border on the *frame* get rid of the stupid speckled background, align the thing in the middle, get the *Creators Name* off the picture and have a proper Designed By, Copyright ect at the bottom of the page.

I reckon there's about 20 minutes of work there to make it presentable, not perfect or outstanding but at least it would not look like a 10 year old had knocked it together.
