[Staffslug] Changing menu sizes?

Anybody got an idea about how to change the menu and toolbar sizes in Firefox running in KDE? I seem to remember somebody saying (possibly not on this list) that it was possible to change them in the Gnome desktop. But surely, they can be changed in any window manager? Oh, I'm really starting to love Kubuntu again now I have the silly problem sorted out. Especially after getting the Automatix stuff all set up. It just works :-) Is it better than SuSE?
