All, I recently acquired an old Tosh Sat Pro laptop (500Mhz 6Gb 192Mb RAM) It came with Win 98. I downloaded (659Mb) Mandriva One and have installed it on the laptop- the best bit being when you click 'yes' to removing windows! Everything seems to work well and, with a lot of poking around in the dark, I got WiFi working using a DLink USB adaptor and am now sitting in the sofa writing this. Do I get a : T shirt? Pat on the back? Can I come to the next meeting? Stuart.
