Refreshments: Tea, coffee (instant or real coffee) and hot chocolate can be provided for free. We usually have a supply of cans of coke & diet coke, and sometimes bars of chocolate. Cans & chocolate aren't free, though (35p a can, 30p a bar of chocolate). There's no problem with ordering in pizza or similar. Ubuntu: 10.04 is due out on 29th April, if you want to do some installs. I'm running beta 2 on my laptop at the moment, so I'll not be installing (I'll already have it), but I'll be happy to try & help out others if they have problems. Russ
