A committee feels a bit formal for me unless money becomes involved in which
case 5 members turning up reliably for meetings is least practically needed
(from previous experience) 3 of whom would be officers; chair, sec and
treasurer.

I'm just thinking of a small group of members who have specific
responsibility within the LUG. I just wonder if it would alleviate
any burn out or overload on one or two individuals who end up doing it
