Stuart. Seriously consider getting a decent ethernet modem or better
still a modem/router/firewall and switch all in one. It will save a
lot of hassle, honestly. If you need any recommendations I'm sure we
can all give them :-)
I got mine off eBay, by the way. It cost me all of £20 and it was
practically brand new. It's a D-Link wired model (many people are
selling off wired kit and getting wireless so there are some good
bargains to be found).
