i'm sim, just found the mailing list, i tried to register on the website but apparently there was a problem with the email being sent to my address and told me to contact the webmaster, although it seemed easier to just post it here.

i've been running linux for around 6 months as my sole o/s. i started with ubuntu and now using linux mint 5 (i know not much difference).i'm based in stoke.

is there generally more use of the mailing list rather than the forum?
