Kevan: It all depends on how many people use the forum really, I'm not saying we don't need a forum. If it were left to me I'd run something like phpbb or something similar. That way its easier to fix when something goes wrong and easier to admin.

Dave: The more I think about it the more I like it. I'm drafting something out but if anyone can get some details on a possible host then it'd help loads heh.

 I have sent for a truckload of ubuntu cd's  which I plan to give away at the install-fest if anyone has any other distros that might be good to give away let me know. For the geeks in us what other stuff would be good to do? freenas has been mentioned anything else?

it, it's easy to admin and has a good simple layout, or more complex
