IMHO (which is probably not worth too much ;-)) At the mo I think
it'd just be cool to get some of the list members meeting up >somewhere - even if
it ends up being a couple of different informal meetups to accommodate everyone it'd

Given everyone is generally quite local.. "how hard can it be?" heh
makes sense, i think you've got a good idea... i mean it does
depend... perhaps we should have a vote
A : formal lug (chair etc..)
B : informal lug (purely social for example..)
C : lug with a purpose (e.g. advocating linux)
cards on the table chaps! i'll start a new thread and we can have an
open vote PURELY A, B or C... no reasoning or chatter... that way
it'll be totally clear and calculable!
