CentOS, i actually admin a webserver running that on the california
abovenet ddos mitigated datacenter. It's much and such.. FreeBSD is
definetly better for the job (same person owns a FBSD machine hosted
in arizona which i admin).

I've only just pulled my RH7 machine!
