CentOS unless you have the money then RHEL
We run CentOS here - 7 years of support for each release is very nice.
The downside is yum & closer-to-the-edge packages IMO. Working with
Apt in Ubuntu/Debian is far more satisfying.
I'd be happy to recommend either CentOS or an Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
release, however. :)
(FYI: CentOS 5.5 doesn't include MySQL 5.1 or PHP 5.3 as yet, Ubuntu
10.04 on the other hand does.)
