[Staffslug] Modules

Morning All, I'm trying to get my usb wifi working in Vectorlinux. It's dlink and uses the ralink rt2500 chip. When I try to use the w*n driver with ndis it keeps telling me "invalid driver". I have copied the rt2570 module which works fine under pclinuxos but I simply put it in a new folder named "drivers" then cd /home/drivers ls shows me it's there. modprobe rt2570 does nothing! What's wrong, how should I insert this module? The more I read on the subject, the more confused I become! Thanks Stuart :( -- Registered Linux Mangler #001
