We used to be with Plus Net, and we were very impressed. We changed
due to moving to an NTL house, and at about the same time their
quality of service seemed to be dropping significantly. Last year I
heard many people complaining about them, both in terms of the actual
service and the customer service. I'm glad to hear they're getting
their act together.
In response to the original question in this thread, I've been very
busy sleeping lately, and coping with the (thankfully quite minor)
side effects of pregnancy.
