I was talking the basic idea over with the missus today whilst travelling. IF people want this to happen I'm more than willing to put the time in but I'll need help I have the meetings and website on my plate at the moment.

Another thing has anyone actually been to a install-fest before? what happens exactly? I know Linux gets installed (I will, with daves go ahead try to get some ubuntu CD's from canonical) but don't really know much else.
