2. Do you want a more structured approach towards the lug?
3. Do you want someone else to head up the lug?

IMHO (which is probably not worth too much ;-)) At the mo I think it'd just be cool to
get some of the list members meeting up somewhere - even if it ends up being a couple of
different informal meetups to accommodate everyone it'd be better (I think!) than
spending a huge chunk of time planning formal meetups with folk you don't really
know?
Given everyone is generally quite local.. "how hard can it be?" heh
