Although, by solving one problem, i think i have created another...I deleted the x config

knowing that Xorg -configure asks you the questions about the config...well...

i got "roo" thats it.

Thats OK from command line rm /tmp/.x0-lock
Then either reboot or startx

Check to make sure you are using Beryl as the display manager and that
it is not defaulting to compiz. You may need to refresh the window
manager.

My Beryl 1.4 runs flawlessly on SuSE 10.2
