see with motorways you can't really sit at 70 because lorries are
pulling out on you, overtaking and you become a middle lane nuisence
really.. if you're in the outside lane you can expect to be forced up
to 120 at some points by other drivers, but generally be doing 80-90..
it's safer to be there though than with the lorry drivers who are
often breaking the law on their hours, sometimes drunk (i work at a
petrol station, i phone the police SO SO OFTEN you wouldn't believe)
and well.. have a complex about pulling out without signal or looking

Yep, I was going to say make it a 20mph limit outside schools. They
have a 20km limit outisde them in Australia and god help you if you
dare to go voer by 1kph.. Motorways though....raise it to 100mph
after about 11:00pm slowing to 80 at the junctions.
