Hmm, I can see the point of having some sort of pot for the lug, but I'm always very nervous when it comes to monies, and as Chris mentioned we will need a more structured system. - Will be interesting to see how much appetite there is for a more formal - LUG - to facilitate fund raising for more ambitious activities. - - Having chaired a charity before now, my experience is that without three - or - four very committed individuals (Chair, Sec & Treasurer) + a few more - committee members you can come unstuck.
