I agree totally, rip them all up and place one in each direction outside
every school, with a compulsary 20mph speed limit for quarter of a mile
in each direction absoloutley enforced with zero tolerance.
Raise the motorway limit to 80mph.

Yep, I was going to say make it a 20mph limit outside schools. They
have a 20km limit outisde them in Australia and god help you if you
dare to go voer by 1kph.. Motorways though....raise it to 100mph
after about 11:00pm slowing to 80 at the junctions.
