I am going to pay for them up-front then collect monies off people either
when leaving or when we arrive.
And cash would be fine :)
I will be sending out an email a bit later to clarify exactly the number
of tickets (and what types) a bit later today. If everyone could ensure
they are correct and let me know of any problems a.s.a.p

When you pre-order the tickets don't you have to pay for them
beforehand
online? What time is the group planning to get there? I remember reading
about 10:30, which would mean we're leaving Stafford around 8:30? If you
were to pay for the pre-ordered tickets, I'm guessing you'd accept cash
from
us on the day.
