As I recall, Windows 3.1 was the last version which normally came on
floppies. Certainly our version of Windows 95 is on CD-Rom. But for some
years after Windows was released on CD-Rom, you still needed a floppy boot
disk with which to install it.

Win 95a was definitely available on floppies as I remember the set at
Telford campus. I'm not sure about Win 95b though..
