I probably won't be able to make any meetings, but might be able to
make it to an IRC meeting.
The only bit of advice I'd offer is, don't try and please everyone -
there will always be some people that can't/won't make it. If you can
get audio recordings, that could be interesting. I'm sceptical as to
whether or not it'd be practical, but I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
