and i wouldn't be afraid to ask for help on here, but i probably
would goto
UbuntuForums first, as thats just where i usually go when googling doesn't
give any reward simply for the fact that there are so many people on there,
so generally you get good rounded answers. also, i much prefer the forum
format than mailing lists.
