hmm, I have read in tonight's paper (Express & Star) that the ISP's are going to have to monitor traffic to known file sharing sites. This was not expanded upon so I don't know if they mean torrent sites or some of the web sites with links to sharing servers. Quite how they would do this is another matter as I suspect the numbers would be quite high. Not too high for computer monitoring but perhaps too high for human intervention. So they may well go for the high end users, to start with. Then the proposal is you get three strikes and after that the 'entertainment industry' is allowed to request your personal details and they can have a day or two in court with you :( That was all there was in the report. So, how do I enable these different DNS servers? Not that I download anything naughty.
