Hm, its worse than that, if Dell are refunding you €42.00 then I
reckon its costing them something like €35.00 per unit (based on 20%
markup) which yet again is another demonstration of 'unfair practice'
in my view as we cant even buy it for €42.00 (£28.54) and we are an
authorised, qualified Microsoft reseller, true we are not in the same
in respect of capacity as Dell but even so.

I think everybody should ask for a refund if it's the low end
versions. The only Vista that is any good is the top end business
model. But why would the average office worker need all that jazzy 3D
stuff? Are people really going to pay about £400 for a version of
Vista? If they do they are truly crazy..
