Hm, its worse than that, if Dell are refunding you €42.00 then I reckon its costing them something like €35.00 per unit (based on 20% markup) which yet again is another demonstration of 'unfair practice' in my view as we cant even buy it for €42.00 (£28.54) and we are an authorised, qualified Microsoft reseller, true we are not in the same in respect of capacity as Dell but even so.
