I used to love a curry that was super hot. The hotter the better
actually... you know that curry buzz you get, wonderful feeling.
Trouble is it doesn't do the old IBS much good the next day :-( So I
tend to stick to Jalfrezi and the like myself. Sometimes I'll have a
madras but that is about as hot I can go these days. Korma is ok but
I tend to only like a small amount as it is rather creamy.
Balti...it's ok but not a really authentic Indian curry.
