I did get two of the cake slices done though. JOSM can be difficult to get your head around at first. If you've uploaded [1] the tracks to OSM then you can use Potlatch [2] (the online editor, uses Flash), which is generally easier. I'm hoping to get to the meeting on Monday, so if you can get to it, and you (or someone else) can bring a laptop with Java installed, I'd be happy to help you get started with JOSM.
