Hi Folks,

So 1 of 2 of the days for this years OggCamp (the day that some of us in the LUG are going) is tomorrow in Manchester as mentioned before on this list and website.

I've got a rough idea of who is going but it'd be helpful if anyone else who is thinking of going... hits reply either to me or the list.

That way I'll know to look out for you there... but if we miss you my mobile is 07708814199.

Ticket are basically free as you can donate what you like for tickets, even if that is nothing.

For anyone coming by train... we'll wait for you at the main 'Way out' of Manchester Piccadilly (marked below with a red arrow) until 10:10am before a short 9 minute walk to the event...
Hopefully you'll recognize us, but if not check people's hands to see if any of them are holding a tiny Tux penguin :)

Hi,

As Steven has already mentioned, Darren and I have been going to Oggcamp since 2013 (although not every year!) It's a good place to be social, mess about with various creations, and learn new things. My personal favourite talks / demos have been "how I rob banks" (a pen testing talk and demo by Freaky Clown) and a show and tell of funny "error messages in the wild".

We will already be in Manchester on the Saturday (19th) so we can meet anyone who wants to come at Piccadilly station. This can be arranged closer to the time.

If anyone has any questions about it feel free to ask me.

Sounds like a few of us are going to OggCamp 2019.  I've never been personally myself but Keira and Darren are veterans and this will be their 6th year :)
