May I make some proposals?
Firstly, let's appoint a formal LUG Master, a team leader. 12 months
tenure? Dave? Anybody to second this? Dave do you accept?
I only want to be involved with democtatic organisations. Assuming we go for
a structured LUG what are the roles, responsibilities, terms of reference?
What's the decision making process?
Might not be the best idea to rush into anything here.
