Well guys and girls :-) I have been informed that anything offered for sale by a proper company is indeed subject to the usual advertising regulations. Yes, Dick, you are quite right it's the one for ex-Tux magazine subscribers. I'm actually really angry about it especially as the answers I have received back from the publishers are not exactly customer friendly; very terse in fact. You are quite right too in your observation that policing this sort of thing is nigh on impossible. However, I shall take it as far as I can. I have a feeling that there may be some form of trade agreement between us and the US which, though probably not really of any use, may help.
