Not all USB drives/memory sticks play ball. There are two different
ways a BIOS can see/talk to a memory stick and it is specific to that
stick (or even hard drive in some cases) whether the BIOS will work.
You have the USB fdd (floppy disk drive) and the USB ZIP. If you have
both of these on your BIOS then try one or the other and one should
work. When you are putting a distro on to a USB stick you may also
have to specify how that distro will talk to the BIOS. For this
reason, not all distro's on a stick will work with all PC's :-( I had
a problem with DSL and ended up having to do it all agian but
specifying a different way of the stick talking to the BIOS (I forget
which it was now).
