May I make some proposals? Firstly, let's appoint a formal LUG Master, a team leader. 12 months tenure? Dave? Anybody to second this? Dave do you accept? Who do we need team wise? A meetings officer? Publicity officer? I think that would be enough to start with then we can all fwd any ideas we have to them (once they are proposed and elected) who can then collate and fwd the useful stuff to us on the list. Let's take it from there instead of shooting off in all directions about other topics and having the LUG going around like a headless chicken.
