Ooh it's a good job you didn't post that to another local LUG. You'd
have had somebody tearing you apart fro laughing at another OS. I did
this the other week (different subject matter but it was a downfall in
Windows stuff) and certain members of that 'other' LUG thought it
would be funny to try tearing me apart and flaming me. I didn't stand
for it and fought back....pathetic idiots! Yes, I meant that, I was
very angry at the flaming I got.

How did it cause such a fuss if you were simply reporting an XP
irregularity? The purpose of such comments is to help others, perhaps
to save them from a potential problem.
This free flow of information is what makes these lists such a
wonderful medium for education and enlightenment, I would never
hesitate to pass on an observation concerning W*n or any other OS.
As to flaming and personal attacks - well what can one say. That is
totally unnecessary behaviour in any part of life.
