Gorgeous bit of kit isn't it? I have e-mailed the UK office of Acer.
I want to know if they are likely to be firstly doing a BIOS upgrade
to enable 2gb+ of RAM to be installed and secondly whether they have
any plans to either offer a factory fitted Aspire One with 1.5gb of
RAM (the max it will currently take) or 2gb with note to the previous
question.
Currently the best spec you can get from Acer is 1gb of RAM and a
160gb HDD (Acer Aspire One AOA150-Ab - 1GB - 160GB)

This model is hard to come by though and it is more likely that you
will find a 1gb RAM with 120gb HDD.
