Meeku, The easiest way I can think of getting what you want (i.e. someone to do it for you, and something you can call a complete 'distro' - as in out of box everything as you want)... would be to use the program that Linux Mint originally used to create their Ubuntu fork. It's called Reconstructor, however the author has since turned this into a paid (but very cheap) web service but at least you'd have someone to get official help from...
